How It Works:

When a guest books their tickets through TicketLeap, they’ll have the option to add the Weather Guarantee to their purchase. If the weather for the day of the event exceeds a set threshold—such as 1.5 mm of rain for 3+ hours—the guest will be eligible for reimbursement. There’s no need to file a claim or cancel the reservation. Sensible Weather handles the entire process automatically.
